20 ILCS 5/5-650: Department reports.

The Governor may require from each director of a department (see Section 5-10 of this Law for the definition of "director") a report in writing concerning the condition, management, and financial transactions of the director's department. In addition to those reports, each director of a department shall make the semi-annual and biennial reports provided by the Constitution.
