CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Statewide Centralized Abuse, Neglect, Financial Exploitation, and Self-Neglect Hotline Act.

The Department on Aging shall, upon the effective date of this Act, act as the lead agency in convening an exploratory committee with the Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Health to determine how a centralized hotline will function and what types of funding, staffing, and training are required to support its operation. The Committee shall be composed of stakeholder representatives of all programs under consideration for inclusion in the Statewide Centralized Hotline, as well as representatives from each of the named agencies.
