20 ILCS 505/11.1: Department employees; restrictions.

No person may be employed by the Department who has been declared a sexually dangerous person under the Sexually Dangerous Persons Act or convicted of committing or attempting to commit any of the offenses described in subsection (b) of Section 4.2 of the Child Care Act of 1969.
