CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Children and Family Services Act.

The Department of Human Services may administer unified delinquency intervention services to provide community-based alternatives to commitment to the Department of Corrections of children adjudicated as delinquent minors, and who meet such criteria as established by rules of the Department of Human Services.
