Transfer from Department of Business and Economic Development. To assume the rights, powers, duties, and responsibilities of the former Department of Business and Economic Development. Personnel, books, records, property, and funds pertaining to the former Department of Business and Economic Development are transferred to the Department, but any rights of employees or the State under the Personnel Code or any other contract or plan shall be unaffected by this transfer.
