20 ILCS 605/605-112: Transfer relating to the State Data Center.

To assume from the Executive Office of the Governor, Bureau of the Budget (now Governor's Office of Management and Budget), on July 1, 1999, all personnel, books, records, papers, documents, property both real and personal, and pending business in any way pertaining to the State Data Center, established pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding entered into with the Census Bureau pursuant to 15 U.S.C. Section 1525. All personnel transferred pursuant to this Section shall receive certified status under the Personnel Code.
