20 ILCS 605/605-925: Helping local governments reduce infrastructure costs.

To develop and recommend to the Governor and the General Assembly, in cooperation with the Illinois Finance Authority and local governments, methods and techniques that can be used to help local governments reduce their public infrastructure costs, including strengthened local financial management, user fees, and other appropriate options.
