20 ILCS 735/10-70: Administrative review.

All final administrative decisions, including, but not limited to, funding allocation and rules issued by the Department under this Act are subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law. No action may be commenced under this Section prior to 60 days after the complainant has given notice in writing of the action to the Department.
