20 ILCS 805/805-500: Transfer from Department of Public Works and Buildings.

The Department has the power to exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested by law in the Department of Public Works and Buildings as the successor of the following agencies, their officers and employees: the Illinois Park Commission, the Lincoln Homestead trustees, and the board of commissioners of and for the Lincoln Monument grounds.
