20 ILCS 820/4

The Department of Natural Resources is authorized, with respect to lands acquired hereunder, to make expenditures from funds appropriated for such purpose, for the management, development and utilization of such lands; to sell or otherwise dispose of products from such lands; and to make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act and of the cooperative agreements entered into pursuant thereto.
