CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
State Parks Act.

The Department of Natural Resources shall not dispose of any portion of a State park except as specifically authorized by law. This prohibition shall not restrict the Department from conveyance of easements, leases, and other lesser interests in land.
