CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH
State Parks Designation Act.

All State Parks, Memorials, Parkways, Boating Access Areas, Recreational Areas and Conservation Areas mentioned in this Act shall be under the care, control, supervision and management of the Department of Natural Resources.
