"Director" means any director, trustee, or other person performing similar functions with respect to any organization whether incorporated or unincorporated. In the case of a manager-managed limited liability company, however, "director" means a manager of the savings bank, and in the case of a member-managed limited liability company, "director" means a member of the savings bank. The term "director" does not include an advisory director, honorary director, director emeritus, or similar person, unless the person is otherwise performing functions similar to those of a director.
