CHAPTER 205 FINANCIAL REGULATION
Corporate Fiduciary Act.

All final administrative decisions of the Secretary shall be subject to review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto. For matters involving administrative review, venue shall be in either Sangamon County or Cook County.
