CHAPTER 205 FINANCIAL REGULATION
Sales Finance Agency Act.

All moneys received by the Secretary under this Act in conjunction with the provisions relating to sales finance agencies shall be paid into the Financial Institution Fund, and all expenses incurred by the Secretary under this Act in conjunction with the provisions relating to sales finance agencies shall be paid from the Financial Institution Fund.
