205 ILCS 670/2.5: Fees.

(a) The expenses of administering this Act, including licensing, investigations, and examinations provided for in this Act, shall be borne by and assessed against persons and entities regulated by this Act in such proportions and in such manner as the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation deems appropriate. The Secretary may establish by rule the category and amount of any fees that the persons and entities must pay to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

(b) Any fees set forth in this Act may be amended by rule.
