CHAPTER 205 FINANCIAL REGULATION
Financial Institution Activity Reporting Act.

"Commissioner" means the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation or a person authorized by the Secretary, the Division of Banking Act, or this Act to act in the Secretary's stead.
