CHAPTER 205 FINANCIAL REGULATION
Digital Asset Kiosks Act.

The purpose of this Act is to protect the People of Illinois against the fraud and scams in digital asset kiosk transactions by providing necessary registration requirements, disclosures, and other safeguards for customers. This Act shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose.
