CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Mobile Home Park Act.

"Normal maintenance" means servicing or repairing existing devices, equipment, facilities, infrastructure, or supporting utilities, or replacing those items in identical fashion with the same size, make, and model as the existing items and in accordance with applicable codes.
