210 ILCS 117/35: Ultimate responsibility of mobile home owner.

CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Abandoned Mobile Home Act.

If a municipality disposes of or auctions off a mobile home at a financial loss, the person having record title at the time these proceedings began shall be ultimately responsible for all reasonable losses incurred by a municipality.
