CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Swimming Facility Act.

"Lapsed fee" means the amount charged to a licensee for failing to renew a swimming facility license within one year after the expiration of the license. This fee is in addition to any other fees associated with renewal of a swimming facility license.
