210 ILCS 125/3.24: Ordinance health department.

"Ordinance health department" means a certified local health department belonging to a unit of local government that has adopted an ordinance electing to administer and enforce this Act and adopting, by reference, the rules adopted and amended from time to time by the Department under the authority of Section 27 of this Act.
