CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Swimming Pool Safety Act.

Any individual who establishes a policy in violation of this Act, or who violates this Act while acting contrary to an established policy which is in compliance with this Act, is guilty of a petty offense and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each violation.
