CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Tanning Facility Permit Act.

The Department shall adopt standards for tanning facilities operated in the State. The Department shall issue rules and regulations deemed necessary for the proper regulation of tanning facilities.
