CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Tanning Facility Permit Act.

Upon the revocation of a permit, a permit holder shall be required to surrender the permit to the Department, and upon his failure or refusal to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the same.
