CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act.

"Medical Director of a blood bank" means an individual who administers the technical and scientific operation of a blood bank, including the reporting of the findings of blood bank tests.
