As used in this Act, "facility" means a facility licensed or permitted under the Nursing Home Care Act, the Life Care Facility Act, the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act, the Community Living Facilities Licensing Act, or subsection (a-20) of Section 30 of the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act, or a facility designated as a supportive living facility under Section 5-5.01a of the Illinois Public Aid Code.
