CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Nursing Home Care Act.

"Resident" means a person receiving personal or medical care, including but not limited to mental health treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and assistance with activities of daily living, from a facility.
