210 ILCS 45/3-130: Annual training for facility staff.

A facility must provide its staff with annual training based on the most recurrent citations as specified by the Department. The annual training requirements will be defined by the Department annually based on the most frequent and recurrent findings or citations during surveys or complaint investigations. The facility must provide proof or documentation of the annual training performed for the recurrent violations. Failure to provide such proof or documentation may result in administrative fines and penalties under this Act. The Department may adopt any rules necessary to implement this Section.
