210 ILCS 45/3-809: Rules to implement changes.

In developing rules and regulations to implement changes made by this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, the Department shall seek the input of advocates for long term care facility residents, representatives of associations representing long term care facilities, and representatives of associations representing employees of long term care facilities.
