CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Nursing Home Care Act.

Nursing homes that meet the requirements of this Article to be designated as a cottage style nursing home are still subject to all requirements of this Act, administrative rules, and applicable State or federal laws. All requirements of this Article are additional requirements necessary to be designated as cottage style as defined in Section 3B-100.
