210 ILCS 46/3-414: Continuation of medical assistance funding.

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall continue Title XIX Medicaid funding during the appeal, transfer, or discharge period for those residents who are recipients of assistance under Title XIX of the Social Security Act affected by Section 3-401.
