210 ILCS 46/3-416: Transfer or discharge by Department; likelihood of serious harm.

CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
MC/DD Act.

In deciding to transfer or discharge a resident from a facility under Section 3-415, the Department shall consider the likelihood of serious harm which may result if the resident remains in the facility.
