CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
ID/DD Community Care Act.

"Resident" means a person receiving personal or medical care, including, but not limited to, habilitation, psychiatric services, therapeutic services, and assistance with activities of daily living from a facility.
