210 ILCS 47/3-114: Transferor liable for penalties.

CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
ID/DD Community Care Act.

The transferor shall remain liable for all penalties assessed against the facility which are imposed for violations occurring prior to transfer of ownership.
