210 ILCS 47/3-801.05: Rules adopted under prior law.

The Department shall adopt rules to implement the changes concerning licensure of facilities under this Act instead of under the Nursing Home Care Act. Until the Department adopts those rules, the rules adopted under the Nursing Home Care Act that apply to facilities subject to licensure under this Act shall continue to apply to those facilities.
