CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act.

The Department shall establish by rule a procedure for receiving and investigating complaints regarding any ambulatory surgical treatment center or any physician practicing in any such facility.
