CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Hospital Licensing Act.

The Department shall by regulation require the availability and proper use of hypothermic thermometers or electronic thermometers capable of aiding in the diagnosis of hypothermia in adequate quantity in hospitals.
