CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION
Hospital Licensing Act.

Each hospital licensed under this Act shall have an agreement with its federally designated organ procurement agency providing for notification of the organ procurement agency when potential organ donors become available, as required in Section 5-25 of the Illinois Anatomical Gift Act.
