215 ILCS 110/42

A dental service plan corporation shall not be liable for injuries resulting from negligence, misfeasance, malfeasance, non-feasance or malpractice on the part of any officer or employee of the corporation or on the part of any dentist, whether participating or not, in the course of rendering dental service to subscribers and beneficiaries.
