During State Fiscal Year 2027 only, at the direction of and upon notification from the Director of Insurance, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer up to $10,000,000 from the Insurance Producer Administration Fund to the Illinois Health Benefits Exchange Fund.
