CHAPTER 215 INSURANCE
Limited Health Service Organization Act.

"Admitted assets" of a limited health service organization shall only include the admitted assets and investments authorized or permitted for health maintenance organizations by Sections 1-3 and 3-1 of the Health Maintenance Organization Act, as now or hereafter amended.
