No person may apply, procure, solicit, negotiate, or place for others any evidence of coverage of a limited health service organization unless that person holds a valid limited insurance representative license or producers license to sell accident and health insurance policies pursuant to Article XXXI of the Illinois Insurance Code, as now and hereafter amended.
