Applicability of Section 155 of the Illinois Insurance Code to limited health service organizations. Section 155 of the Illinois Insurance Code, as now or hereafter amended, shall apply to limited health service organizations; except that no actions shall be brought for an unreasonable delay in the settling of a claim if the delay is caused by the failure of the enrollee to execute a lien as requested by the health care plan.
