215 ILCS 130/4007: Rules and regulations.

(a) The Director may promulgate reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary and proper to establish specific standards, including standards for the full and fair disclosure of limited health services provided by group contracts and evidences of coverage, which may cover, but shall not be limited to:

(1) Coordination of benefits.

(2) Conversion.

(3) Cancellation and termination.

(b) The Director may promulgate reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary and proper to otherwise carry out the provisions of this Act.
