215 ILCS 134/110: Applicability and scope.

This Act applies to policies and contracts amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date of this Act. This Act does not diminish a health care plan's duties and responsibilities under other federal or State law or rules promulgated thereunder.
