215 ILCS 152/40: Incidental benefits.

A service contract may provide full or partial reimbursement for other expenses incurred by the service contract holder as a direct and proximate result of an operational or structural failure if covered by the service contract. A reimbursement for these expenses shall not exceed the purchase price of the property serviced per incident.
