215 ILCS 165/15.9-1

No service plan contract or any renewal thereof shall be denied or cancelled by a health service plan corporation, nor shall any such contract contain any exception or exclusion of benefits, solely because the mother of a subscriber or his dependent has taken diethylstilbestrol, commonly referred to as DES.
