CHAPTER 215 INSURANCE
Health Carrier External Review Act.

This Act takes effect January 1, 2010, except that the changes to Section 155.36 of the Illinois Insurance Code and Sections 40 and 45 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act and the Health Carrier External Review Act take effect July 1, 2010.
