215 ILCS 5/126.9: Applicability.

This Part shall apply to the investments and investment practices of companies authorized to transact business under Class 1 of Section 4 of this Code and other companies whose investments and investment practices are regulated as life insurers under this Code, subject to the provisions of Section 126.1B.
